COVID-19 Update from Hang My TV

At Hang My TV, the health and safety of our staff and clients is our top priority, especially with the COVID-19 health situation. 

We closely monitor the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and we follow the guidance of government and public health officials. We reinforce these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our staff members. 

Hang My TV has implemented a number of proactive health and safety measures to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best and safest Hang My TV experience possible.

Hang My TV’s zero contact

  • Approval signatures that we usually require at the end of installation will not required currently. However, we will be asking you to verbally acknowledge your installation at the end of the service, and this will be recorded on your file

  • We will enforce the 2m social distancing guidelines whenever possible

  • We also would appreciate card payments and not cash (if possible)

Reinforced Hygiene And Handling

  • At Hang My TV, we always practice rigorous hygiene procedures. This includes regular hand washing, routine equipment and surface sanitisation

  • We also have sanitisation items in all our vehicles and office

  • If you require our staff to wear a mask during your installation, please ask our friendly installers or call us on 1300HANGMYTV and we can advise the installer for your installation

Staff Health & Safety

  • Staff training and meetings on COVID-19

  • Communication to share the most up-to-date information from government and health authorities

The following has been put in place in regards to our staff members - 

  • Installers must stay home if they have any signs of illness, COVID-19 symptoms, or cold or flu-like symptoms

  • Installers are to take extra precautions and vigilance in their cleaning duties

YOUR SAFETY

To assist us in keeping everyone as safe as possible, please advise Hang My TV as soon as possible if you or any member of your family-

  • Have or recently had any COVID-19 symptoms, or cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat etc)

  • Are awaiting results for COVID-19 testing or are in self-isolation or quarantine

  • Been in contact with anyone who has an infection or case of COVID-19, or who is awaiting results of COVID-19 testing
